Privacy
Short version: I only know what you email me, and I don't sell or share it.
What I collect
Only what you put in an email to me: your name, your email address, and whatever you tell me about the problem. There's no contact form and no account to create.
Sessions
Screen sharing sessions are not recorded. I don't take screenshots, and I don't copy files off your computer unless you've asked me to move something for you. If I do see something personal while fixing your machine, I keep it to myself.
The website
This site has no analytics, no tracking pixels, no advertising, and no cookies set by me. My hosting provider keeps standard server logs.
Who else sees your details
Nobody. Your information isn't sold, rented, or passed to anyone for marketing. The only exception is a service I need to do the actual job — the screen sharing tool, or a payment provider handling your payment — and only the minimum they need.
How long I keep things
Emails and invoices are kept for tax and record-keeping reasons. Ask me to delete anything else and I will.
Asking me about your data
Email help@remotetechrescue.com and tell me what you'd like to see or have deleted.
